INTELLIGENT AND SMART

INTELLIGENT AND SMART
by Dreamy Poetess

"Intelligent" and "Smart", two words we often say,
To praise those with minds that brightly lead the way.
Intelligent, it's wisdom, a deep well of thought,
Critical thinking, problems solved, knowledge dearly sought.

Smart, a different shade, quick wits in the fray,
Decisions are sharp, resourceful, clever in their own way.
The student, a shining example of the intelligent mind,
Aced tests with ease, leaving their peers behind.

Yet the same student, oh so smart in the school of life,
Navigated challenges, diffusing tension and strife.
The scientist, brilliant, intelligent to the core,
But in politics, street smarts, he wished he had more.

So, remember, my friend, these words near the heart,
Intelligent and smart, each with its unique part.
One's knowledge and wisdom, the other's keen guile,
Together they lead us, mile after mile.
